Bønnesalat:
Lidt broccoli, citron, persille, løg og bønner.

Laks med spinat-muffins og rosmarinkartofler.

Marrokansk kylling:
225g kylling i tern
1 løg
3 fed
5 dl blomkål
5 dl kikærter
1½ L hønsekødssuppe
2 spsk granatæble
1 spsk garam masala
1dl cashewnødder

Steg kylling. Tilsæt det hele og sæt i ovnen 25 min v. 180 c.

Yeah, so i fucked it up again. Mostly because of a blizzard and that i got kicked out of school. But, i'll DEFINETLY get back on track and really start working out monday. (<-- some kind of ocd-like thing. i can ONLY start new things on mondays. Really.) 

I fuck everything up. i hate myself. I am ugly. I hate my self. I am fat, and ugly.

Bitchslapping myself.

Looking at pretty dresses. I want to look good in those sons of bitches. hm. By summer atleast!
 
I'm REALLY starting next monday. 1st of february. And my goal is arond 5 kg's a month. I've always been one to make really unrealistic goals for my self, and fuck up after 2 days.

I'm planning on 4-5 kgs a month- 1,25 a week. But remember, this isn't just a diet, it's a lifestyle change, so i'm shooting for 1250 on workout days, and 1000 on regular days. I wish i knew how much lifting weights burns in calories.

We have a school-lunch programme, so i need to keep track of what i eat there. It's really important for me, to stay full so i don't get massive cravings. Really!
And i need to buy a food-scale. I don't know where the hell my old one has gone .___. 

Anyone know some good dinner-recipes around 300-450 cals?

I'm sick of my hair, it's so ugly and.. URGH!
I popped down to the makeup store and pikced up some bleach, just to get most of the red pigmentation from my purple hair, out so i can cover it with some brownish colour. I've found just the colour (and look haha) i want. Here it is:
 





 

.... I'm getting REALLY frustrated- can't get my hotfusion extensions the fuck out of my hair >:(!!!!!

Welcome me back!

Hello again LJ, im back and i'm healthier. (Except for today!)
I'm really working on improving myself, and i'm finally doing it the "right way"- the healthy way. Nothing cool about being skinny with broken nails, and partial baldness. Nope.

Plan is to drop 1 kg, per week. Do-able but hard.

This journal, is really mostly for my own sake. I love writing down stuff i can do to improve myself.. Well, yeah.
